This is the worst company. They need to be shut down...they won't change my subscription to my new address no matter how many times I have spoken with them and they are very rude and have no customer service skills...I'm out 60 bucks because they sent it to an address I haven't lived at in a year and the resident refused the FedEx delivery now it's going back to Culturefly and since they won't change my address I'll never receive it and have not gotten a refund ...these people are morons and should be shut down.

I’d use negative stars if it would let me! Don’t fall for this SCAM of a company! For starters, I paid for a year upfront (so stupid) & once I received the first box(Supernatural) it was all plastic, broken and ripped. I asked for a refund and was told NO REFUNDS ALLOWED! I only received 2 out of the 4 boxes, and they were both GARBAGE!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM like I did!! You may as well take your $$ and throw it in the trash!

Terrible experience. I ordered the LOL surprise box for my daughter and unfortunately it was stolen and I emailed them for a replacement and they gave me a huge run around and I just wanted the box replaced because my daughter was really looking forward to it. They found every way they could to not send me a replacement.

I got scammed as well, no friends box, no updates, no box, no customer service, no phone line, just a ridiculous ridiculous experience. Culturefly is a scam, might look good for Instagram, but this beyond a scam. Apologies for those who read this after they placed their order.

Absolutely do not order from this company!
Over two months ago, I ordered the Nick Box.
In that time, I got two emails letting me know that they were being delayed due to shipping issues caused by Covid. Crazy how everyone else on the planet seemed to figure it out but I digress.
The last email I received told me it was shipping on May 17. On May 19, I reached out asking to be refunded. I was promptly emailed back saying I would have the tracking info no later than 48 hours later.
Not to my surprise, I never got the info. I emailed them yesterday (May 22) asking to be fully refunded and that I didn’t want this anymore. I said if I was not contacted about being refunded in 24 hours, I would be contacting my bank to cancel the order and get my money back. I woke up this morning with no response, but instead an email saying my order was shipped.
So my question is this...HOW is it a shipping issue causing my order to take over two months if it wasn’t shipped until today!? The issue is THIS COMPANY.
I understand things happen, but when you lie to your customers under the assumption that you think they’re just plain dumb...that’s insulting. I’ve already sent another email saying that this is not what I asked for and will still be pursuing action with my bank. Why did I need to threaten that to get what I paid for? Absolutely so disappointed. This company is a scam. I could have gone out and put this box together myself in an hour.
Lesson learned. Don’t waste your time or money.

This place takes your money and ships eventually. Bought an item for a birthday. Promised shipping in April. It’s almost June. Nothing. Don’t waste your time and money on this garbage. They are a bunch of thieves.

Paid for a years service of boxes. Account says 1 box shipped, but I have not received any kind of email with a tracking number. I have repeatedly sent emails, asking for a tracking number, but no response. Very unprofessional company. Will not be using them again.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. The wrong size was entered and was noticed right away, I requested they change the size to my daughter’s size. They told me they could not change the size because a label had already been created. I’ve had a horrible experience with this company and fully recommend not subscribing to any of their boxes. It is a scam and they will not allow me to cancel or refund my money. I have months worth of emails requesting cancellation and was told it cannot be canceled because a label had been created. Then it took 3+ months for them to ship me the box I asked them to cancel. I’m sending it back unopened as I do not want it.

It has been a month and we are still waiting for our box to be shipped. I have contacted this company 3 different times and was told 3 different stories.good thing I save all my emails.

This company has terrible customer service. They blame COVID-19 for their shipping issues (yet there were no issues with 2020 boxes being shipped out) and they claim to have "one of a kind" merch, when in all honesty you can get the same crap from Amazon, Hot Topic and Etsy.

Ordered the pusheen subscription. I got summer box full of useless plastic crap. They never sent the fall box. The winter box was sent with more useless worthless junk. I cancelled subscription and yet today I get a notice they are sending me the 4th box.
They will not refund your money. The will not replace a box that you never received!
This is a total scam company that sends out cheap merchandise! DO NOT ORDER FROM CULTUREFLY!!!!!

I am super happy and love my Friends and LOL boxes. So much fun and great products.
